LES ALPES
THE ALPS span several European countries, from France to Slovenia. They are better known for their dramatic landscapes than for traditional perfumery. Yet the region provides rare, specialised ingredients such as juniper berries, alpine flowers like edelweiss, dried hay and pine needles.
Shaped by altitude and purity, these plants evoke the raw essence of nature: fresh air, wild flora and untamed terrain. They offer a distinct olfactory escape from more traditional, cultivated fragrances.

Fresh juniper and warm woods for a chic contrast
Description
In the silence of the Alpine peaks, the scent of juniper berries rises, sharp and fresh, like the crisp bite of winter air. Pine trees stand tall, their resinous warmth mingling with the cold, while the soft whisper of sun-dried hay carries a hint of summer pastures.
This fragrance echoes the wild contrast of the mountains, where the chill of snow meets the quiet warmth of the earth.
TOP - The fresh, aromatic scent of pine needles and crisp fennel captures the Essence of a brisk Alpine breeze.
HEART - A vibrant alpine juniper essence entwined with geranium, cardamom, and a resinous cistus.

Key ingredients from the Origin

Pine Needles
This pine species is widespread throughout the Alps at subalpine elevations. The needles of Pinus sylvestris are extracted using solvents and purification processes.

Hay
Collected in the Southern Alps in France and extracted in Grasse through solvent extraction and purification. Hay from the Alps, earthy and rich, lends depth to a fragrance, infusing both masculine and feminine notes with warmth and longevity.

Juniper Berries
Juniper is a native and widespread species in the Alps, where it grows at altitudes of up to 2,500 metres. Our essence is sourced from the Argentera Mountains in the Italian Alps.
