Key ingredients from the Origin

Patchouli
Patchouli cultivation has settled across the entire Indonesian archipelago, a land gifted with volcanic soils, and a warm and humid climate. It grows in small plots in rotation with other crops for the soils to regenerate.

Cloves
Clove harvesting in Indonesia is rooted in centuries-old agricultural traditions. It sustains rural livelihoods, and is a source of a dozen of perfumery ingredients. This is the most important source of Indonesian naturals in volume.

Benzoin
Styrax Benzoin trees are naturally present in the northern regions of the Sumatra island. Gums have been collected since generations as they are used for local rites and beliefs. Local tappers are acting as guardians of the native forests.
