Peru balsam resin can only be found in El Salvador; it is harvested on the “Costa Balsamera.” thanks to an ancestral know-how, transmitted from generation to generation. Cardamom is cultivated across Guatemala, known to offer the most premium quality of this spice.

A bright and addictive woody amber, built around a modern ambery accord that balances warmth and freshness. Contrasting hot and cold sensations define its character, while Peru balsam enhances rich honeyed and balsamic depths. The scent is elevated with the finest rose extracts, adding a floral twist to its sensual core. Boldly oriental and irresistibly smooth, it resonates deeply with Middle Eastern sensibilities, leaving a memorable and sophisticated trail.

Peru Balsam plays the central role in Tierra Maya, bringing gravitas and depth in a modern amber accord, faceted with muscs and premium natural ingredients extracts.
Superfluid extracts of green cardamom are included in a bouquet of cold and warm spices that signs the fragrance. A duo of the best rose extracts finishes the fragrances and give an addictive note.
Other key ingredients : rose damascena concrete, rose centifolia superfluid extract, cinnamon bark essential oil, Cedar Virginia essential oil.

Ilias Ermenidis is a renowned perfumer, recognised for his expertise in the art of composing fragrances. Of Greek origin, he has worked for Firmenich in New York and Paris. Inspired by art and opera, Ermenidis likes to explore abstract olfactory forms. "The moment when an idea becomes a fragrance is magical and promising, but I'm not alone in this creative adventure. A fragrance also comes to life with people who inspire you. Together, we create something beautiful." His work includes masterpieces such as Gucci by Gucci, Givenchy pour Homme So de La Renta, Lancôme (Oud Ambroisie) and Yves Saint Laurent (Cuir).

Peru Balsam
Peru Balsam a natural resin derived from a tree native from Central America. Today it can be only found in the native forests of the Costa Balsamera, in the south coast of El Salvador.
Cardamom
The highest qualities of Caradmom are found in Guatemala, that has the perfumect altitude, climate and soils to grow this spice under the shades of local forests, particularly in the region of Coban.
Styrax
In the forests of Honduras, Styrax resin is sustainably collected by skilled harvesters, collected drop by drop and then filtered. It is used in perfumery for its balsamic-amber scent and smoky undertones.
